Ingredients

  • 200 g cheese (Gouda, youn)
  • 4 onion (s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 360 g mushrooms
  • 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1 kg minced meat (half beef half pork)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 300 g bacon, mixed

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in cold water. Dice cheese. Peel and finely chop onions and garlic.
  2. Quarter and core the peppers, remove the white partitions, wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Drain the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  3. Heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic cubes in it. Add diced paprika and sauté. Fold in the mushrooms and cheese.
