Ingredients

  • 500 g pork fillet (s)
  • 10 ml oil
  • 10 g butter
  • 100 g double cream cheese
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 50 g sheep cheese
  • 25 ml meat broth, or vegetable broth
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 pinches chilli, from the mill
  • 1 stalk / e thyme, pluck leaves from the stalk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Salt the meat, pepper and season with chilli.
  2. Heat a large pan on the highest level and pour in the oil. Add the fillet and fry all over until it is nice and brown. Remove the fillet from the pan and set aside.
  3. Put the cleaned mushrooms and butter in the pan. When the mushrooms are brown, add the diced onions and continue frying until brown. Reduce the heat to the lowest possible flame, pour in the broth, stir in the cream cheese and sheep cheese and season with garlic, thyme, chilli, pepper and a little salt.
  4. Put the fillet back in the pan, cover and let stand for 15 minutes, turning regularly. It should be pink in the middle.
  5. Serve with fresh bread.
