Ingredients
- 8 cocktail tomatoes
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 0.5 ½ ring / s meat sausage
- 250 g cheese in one piece
- 250 g quark
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, mixed, frozen

- Cut the meat sausage, cucumber and cheese into cubes. Place the cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage and cheese alternately on 4 skewers.
- Stir the quark with the herbs until smooth, season with salt and pepper and serve with the robber skewers.
- Fresh grain bread tastes best with it.
- You can also use cocktail sausages instead of meat sausage.
