- 125 g rocket
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
- Pumpkin seeds, or cashew nuts

- Remove the rocket stalks if desired. Wash the lettuce and then dry it immediately with the salad spinner. Now mix 4 tablespoons of white balamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of honey in a salad bowl.
- Next, fry the pumpkin seeds or cashews or pine nuts in the pan until golden brown. Now add the rocket salad to the salad dressing. Sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. Next, mix the lettuce into the sauce. Finally, add the desired slightly cooled kernels underneath and mix them again.
