Ingredients

  • 250 g millet, (brown millet)
  • 250 g spelled
  • 500 g spelled flour
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 22 g salt
  • 12 g dry yeast
  • 600 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Grind grain. Then knead all the ingredients together well and let rise for about 60-90 minutes.
  2. Then knead again briefly by hand, cut off the dough, grind the rolls, then shape. Cover the dough pieces with cling film and let rise for another 60 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, slide in the rolls and immediately spray into the oven with a spray bottle. Set the oven to 200 degrees and spray 2 - 3 times within the first 10 minutes.
  4. Baking time: 25 - 35 minutes depending on the weight of the dough pieces
