  • 300 g minced meat, lean
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 100 g kidney beans
  • 100 g cucumber (s)
  • 100 g corn
  • 200 g rocket
  • 5 ml nut oil (macadamia oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly curry
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini and cucumber into slices or cubes. Just before the meat is done fry, add corn, kidney beans, zucchini, cucumber and rocket. Cover the pan with a lid and let stand on low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if you like, curry.
  2. Then arrange on plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with macadamia oil.
