Ingredients

  • 1 large onion (s), large
  • some condensed milk, 10%
  • a bit salt
  • some black pepper from the pepper mill
  • some nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon chives, cut into rolls
  • some oil to fry the onion

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs well in a bowl with the canned milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chives.
  2. Cut or chop the onion into small cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent.
  4. Add the egg mixture and let set over medium heat while stirring.
  5. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with chives and pepper again if necessary.
  6. In addition: buttered, golden toasted toast slices and cucumber salad
