Ingredients

  • 250 g flowers - leaves frarant roses, unsprayed
  • 2 lemon (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 ml orange liqueur, (Grand Marnier etc.)
  • 1 bottle white, dry wine
  • 1 bottle champagne

Instructions

  1. Mix the fragrant rose petals with the sugar, the orange liqueur and the juice from the 2 lemons. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
  2. Pour in 1 bottle of white wine and let it steep for another 1-2 hours. Then strain into the punch bowl.
  3. Half-fill the guests` glasses and sprinkle with ice-cold champagne.
