Ingredients

  • 75 g butter
  • 25 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
  • 40 g hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
  • 100 g flour
  • 5 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until frothy. Add vanilla extract, hazelnuts and flour and knead a dough.
  2. Roll the dough into 12 balls and place them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees, until the balls are lightly browned.
  3. Turn each ball in the powdered sugar immediately after baking, then let it cool and turn it again in the powdered sugar.
