Ingredients

  • 8 peach (s) (halves)
  • 2 teaspoons brandy
  • 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

For the cream:

  • 0.5 ½ pack gelatin powder, white
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ brandy

Instructions

  1. Divide the peach halves into 4 glass bowls and drizzle with brandy. Whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and use a tablespoon to spread it over the peach halves like a mountain. Pour the gelatine into a cup, stir with 3 tablespoons of cold water and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy, add the sugar and beat until the mixture is whitish. Dissolve the gelatine in the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the egg mixture while stirring. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of brandy and pour the egg cream over the cream peaches.
