Ingredients

  • 1 medium pepper (s), orange
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 1 small Glass capers, 90 g
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper
  • some olive oil, or linseed oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper, onion and the garlic cloves into small pieces. Pour into a tupper bowl or other suitable container. Pour off the liquid from the capers. Add capers, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Top up with linseed or olive oil until the ingredients are lightly covered. Stir gently.
  2. Close the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for a few days.
  3. Can then be used like a salad dressing, tastes great with leaf or tomato salad or with tomato mozzarella.
  4. Keeps in the refrigerator for a long time.
