Salmon and Avocado Appetizer

We bring to your attention a salmon and avocado appetizer, served on a piece of rye bread. It turned out very tasty, quick, and it looks very bright on the table! Another advantage of this dish, we consider the absence of mayonnaise.

Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Lightly salted salmon – 250 g
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Small cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Small red onion – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 3 teaspoon
  • Mustard – 2 teaspoon
  • Black bread (for serving) – 3-4 slices

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into cubes about 0.5-1 cm thick.
  2. Cut the avocado into cubes of the same size.
  3. Cut the cucumber in the same way.
  4. Cut the onion into the same cubes.
  5. We put everything into a bowl. Add soy sauce, mustard, olive oil. Mix well.
