  • 1 cup sour cream, firmer
  • milk
  • 1 packet smoked salmon
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt
  • Dill (frozen)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Carefully dilute with the milk to the desired creaminess.
  2. Finely dice the onion. Cut the smoked salmon into fine pieces. Stir both into the cream.
  3. Add the dill. I go there by feeling, so that the dip is well sprinkled. Season to taste with salt. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 day.
