- 200 g cream cheese
- 600 g salmon fillet (s)
- Nutmeg, grated
- 500 g spinach leaves
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped

- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and cook them in salted water until they are soft, then drain and press through the potato press. Stir with half of the processed cheese until smooth and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (add a little milk if necessary if the puree is too firm).
- Meanwhile, sort and wash the spinach (or defrost frozen spinach.)
- Steam the finely chopped onion in the butter until translucent, add the spinach and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Add the remaining processed cheese and also season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Now put the spinach in a baking dish.
- Rinse the salmon, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and place on top of the spinach. Pour the mashed potatoes into a piping bag with a star nozzle and sprinkle decoratively onto the salmon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 225 ° C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Great for guests, as the look is also great. Green spinach, pink salmon and yellow mashed potatoes with a browned crust.
