Ingredients

  • 4 salmon steak (s), fresh or salmon fillet pieces
  • 60 g butter, soft
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Wash the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and lemon juice on all sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the butter with a pinch of salt and the crushed garlic clove. Cut sufficiently large pieces of aluminum foil. Place the salmon pieces each on a piece of aluminum foil. Brush the fish thickly with the garlic butter.
  3. Wash the herbs, cut them into small pieces and sprinkle each piece of salmon with herbs.
  4. First fold up the aluminum foil on the short sides, then on the long sides and press it tightly together at the top so that nothing can leak out.
  5. Place these fish parcels on the grill and grill them with steaks or sausages.
  6. To serve on the plate, carefully open the top and enjoy from the foil.
  7. You can also cook the salmon in the oven in this way.
  8. These fish parcels can be prepared hours before cooking and stored in the refrigerator, for example when guests are invited to a barbecue evening.
