Ingredients
- 400 g black salsify (s)
- 10 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 35 g iner
- 3 stalks lemongrass
- 6 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt as required

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Peel the salsify under running water and cut into 5 cm pieces. Put the apple cider vinegar in a large bowl, fill up with water and add the black salsify.
- Peel and chop the ginger.
- Beat the lemongrass until it pops and spread it on the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the black salsify over it.
- Mix the ginger, sesame oil, peanut oil and sea salt and spread over the salsify. Put everything in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Arrange and serve.
- It goes well with rice or quinoa.
