Salted Cheese Cakes with Zucchini and Dill

A delicious breakfast is the key to a good mood for the whole day! Today I propose an interesting option for a summer breakfast. Many of us love cheesecakes – a delicious sweet delicacy made from cottage cheese. I would like to introduce you to the option of making salted cheese cakes. This recipe at one time became a whole discovery for me. Tasty, fast, satisfying and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese (dense, homemade) – 250
  • Bryndza (or feta cheese) – 150 g
  • Young zucchini – 180 g
  • Fresh dill – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 3-5 tbsp
  • Refined vegetable oil – 70 ml
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We soften cottage cheese and feta cheese. If the cheese is hard, rub it on a grater. We rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. We cut the greens. Add an egg, chopped dill, zucchini grated on a coarse grater and ground pepper to the curd mass. We mix.
  2. Add flour, its amount will depend on the moisture content of the curd. Mix the whole mass thoroughly. Fry unsweetened cheese cakes with zucchini and dill in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Serving cheese cakes with sour cream and herbs.
