  • 40 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some butter or margarine for the pan
  • some Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease a baking dish with butter or margarine.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks well with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Sift in the flour and beat again. Then fold in the egg whites.
  3. Pour the slightly warmed milk into the baking dish so that the base is covered. Pour in the entire mass.
  4. Place in the oven (middle rack) and bake for about 15-20 minutes. The oven should not be opened during the baking time. Serve immediately dusted with powdered sugar.
