Sand Pie with Apples, Pears and Raisins

Today I will tell and show how simple and tasty it is to collect the aroma of autumn apples and pears in one recipe! You just need to add the dough to make the most delicious pie this fall! Cook this pie with pears, apples and raisins for health and pleasure!

Ingredients

  • For the test:
  • Flour – 220 g
  • Butter – 120 g
  • Egg yolk – 2 pcs.
  • Powdered sugar – 50 g + for sprinkling on the finished cake
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

  • Apples – 500 g
  • Pears – 350 g
  • Raisins – 100 g
  • Sugar – 5-7 tbsp
  • Butter – for frying

Directions

  1. Let’s start by making the dough. If everything is at hand, it will take no more than five minutes.
    Sift the flour
  2. Combine dry ingredients (flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt) and mix well. Cut the soft butter into small pieces with a knife and add to the dry ingredients.
  3. (If the oil is frozen, it is better to grate it.)
  4. Grind into crumbs. Then add the yolks.
  5. We knead the dough. Knead the dough for a couple of minutes and put it in a ball. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
  6. During this time, we will prepare the filling, and it will have time to cool. Pour the raisins with boiling water, then dry them.
  7. Peel the pears, cut into cubes and fry with butter and sugar (2-3 tablespoons).Once the pears have caramelized, the raisins can be added. Warm up on the stove for a couple more minutes and you can turn off the heat.
  8. Peel the apples and peel them. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough into a round layer on a sheet of parchment.
  10. Put the apple slices on top of the pears. Sprinkle with sugar, focusing on the sweetness of th apples.
  11. We form a pie-bag: using baking paper, raise the sides. We transfer the parchment with the pie to the baking sheet. We bake a pie with pears, apples and raisins in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 40 minutes. If the top of the pie starts to burn strongly in your oven, cover with foil.
  12. Sprinkle the finished shortcrust pastry pie with apples, pears and raisins with powdered sugar. The dough and filling are incomparable, they just melt in your mouth. Be sure to try cooking!
