Sandwiches with Champignons, Cheese and Pickles

by Editorial Staff

You can even whip up a snack with a twist! Hearty sandwiches spread with fried mushrooms, onions, hard cheese, pickles, and mayonnaise are a great example of this. The products are familiar, but their combination turns out to be so piquant and self-sufficient that even seasonings are not needed. Onions will add spice to the appetizer, cucumbers – salinity, and mushrooms, mayonnaise and cheese – juiciness and mouth-watering taste. Try it!

  1. Cut the mushrooms, onions, and pickles into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  2. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Put the champignons and, stirring, fry for 7-8 minutes until tender and golden brown. If desired, onions can also be fried. In this case, first, fry the onions for 5-6 minutes, and then add the mushrooms and fry everything together until the mushrooms are ready.
