Ingredients

  • 500 g sauerkraut (wine)
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 ml beef broth
  • 15 prunes
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped paprika pulp
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and garlic and fry in oil. Add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper, other spices if necessary, and continue to fry. As soon as the minced meat is cooked through, pour in the meat stock and add the sauerkraut. Simmer for 20 minutes while stirring and gradually mix in the paprika pulp and tomato market.
  2. Quarter the prunes, add and simmer. At the very end, stir in the herbal cream cheese.
