Ingredients

  • 4 port. Meat sausage, Regensburg or other coarse
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into rings and fry in a pan in the oil, add the cleaned and quartered mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the sour cream or sour cream and the cream and bring to the boil. Cut the sausage into slices and add, bring to the boil again briefly. Season to taste with mustard, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
