Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms, small
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
  • 1 stick (s) baguette (s), as a side dish

Instructions

  1. If you use fresh mushrooms, please clean them first or allow the canned mushrooms to drain.
  2. Now heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the finely chopped garlic and fry the mushrooms on the highest level, turning constantly, until they are golden yellow.
  3. Then continue frying at half speed until the liquid has almost evaporated. Then add a splash of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. The gravy is ideal for dipping with the baguette bread as a side dish.
