Vegetable Sauté

This vegetable sauté is prepared from a not quite standard set of vegetables, but the result is a very tasty and aromatic dish.

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
  • Champignons (washed) – 200 g
  • Bulgarian pepper (cut into thin strips) – 1 pc.
  • Bok Choy salad (cut into 4 parts) – 3 heads
  • Bean sprouts – 2 cups
  • Canned chestnuts (cut into strips) – 1 cup
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

How to make vegetable sauté

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Pour vegetables and sauté vegetables over high heat until tender. Season with salt and pepper sauté vegetable to taste.
