Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder

For covering:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 400 ml cream
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ pack cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Make a batter from the ingredients for the base. Spread this on a tray (30 x 40 cm) and bake at 160 ° C (convection, preheated) for about 20 minutes. (In my opinion, greasing the tray is not necessary because the dough is already fat enough;)
  2. Once the base has cooled down, mix the sour cream, cream, sugar and cream of paradise powder until smooth and distribute it on the base.
  3. Toast the coconut flakes, sugar and butter in a pan until the desired brown color is achieved. Spread this mass on the cream.
