Ingredients

  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g mararine or butter
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 150 grams flour
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Mix the first 6 ingredients into a batter. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake at approx. 180 ° C for 35 - 40 minutes.
  2. When the cake has cooled down, beat the two cups of whipped cream, in another bowl, beat the two cups of sour cream with the paradise cream and the two tablespoons of sugar with the mixer and then stir in the cream. Here you can work with the mixer, as the whole mass becomes quite solid. Spread the cream evenly on the cake.
  3. Roast the desiccated coconut with the 100 g sugar and butter in a pan until light brown, when the sawdust has cooled down, they are spread over the cream.
