Ingredients

  • 10 scallop (s), raised
  • 0.25 ¼ pineapple (baby pineapple)
  • 4 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • Oil for frying
  • 0.5 ½ bunch mint

Instructions

  1. Dice the pineapple very finely. Wash the mint, shake dry and finely chop. Mix both with lime juice, soy sauce and honey and cover and chill.
  2. Fry the mussels in hot fat all around for about 3 minutes.
  3. Divide the pineapple dressing into small bowls. Place the mussels on top and garnish with mint leaves if you like.
