Ingredients

  • 3 medium schnitzel, 150g each
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • 1 small chilli pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sweet cream
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 3 slices cheese, (medieval Gouda, or Chester cheese)
  • 3 slices cooked ham, (ham)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat (170 ° C convection). Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
  2. Put the mushrooms and spring onions in a baking dish. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and brush with sweet mustard and place on the mushrooms in the baking dish. Finely chop 1 small chilli pepper, stir in 200g cream cheese and 50 ml cream until smooth and pour over the schnitzel. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Drain the pineapple pieces and spread them on top. Then top with ham (cut into strips) and cheese. Then bake again briefly in the oven until the cheese has melted.
