Schnitzel in the Capital

An excellent, quick chicken dish – chicken fillet schnitzel breaded with white bread – will suit you and your loved ones. Schnitzel in the capital style will become a pleasant innovation and diversify the usual diet.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • White bread – 3 slices
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Seasoning for chicken – 1 teaspoon.
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare products for chicken schnitzel in the capital style.
  2. We clean the chicken fillet from films and veins. We wash it under running water and cut it in half from a thick edge, without cutting it to the end (we open it).
  3. Cover the open chicken fillet with cling film and beat off with a kitchen hammer.
  4. We are preparing a lion. In a separate container, mix the egg, salt, pepper, chicken spices and pour in 1 tablespoon of water. Beat with a whisk.
  5. Cut off the crusts from slices of white bread, and cut the crumb into small strips.
  6. Place the chicken chop in the egg lice.
  7. Then we transfer the chicken to a plate on bread strips, which we spread in one layer.
  8. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and put the chicken schnitzel with bread strips down.
  9. Fry the chicken chop for 5 minutes. Lubricate the top with a beaten egg, using a spatula.
  10. We spread bread slices on a greased schnitzel, gently pressing them to the meat. Turn the chicken schnitzel over to the other side and cook it for another 5 minutes.
  11. Due to the fact that we have beaten off the fillet, 10 minutes of total time will be enough for both the chicken and the bread to cook. Schnitzel is ready for the capital. This chicken fillet schnitzel, breaded with white bread, can be served with any side dish.
