Schnitzel Nelson

Tender pork schnitzel meat, stewed in a wine-creamy sauce, baked with a cheese crust and minced meat “fur coat”. Simple, satisfying, and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pork schnitzels – 6 pcs. (100-120 g each)
  • Mixed minced meat – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Parsley greens – ½ bunch
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Breadcrumbs – 3 tbsp
  • Cream 10% – 150 ml
  • Dry white wine – 125 ml
  • Hard cheese – 200 g

Directions

  1. Beat the schnitzels a little, season with salt, pepper, and put in a baking dish.
  2. Finely chop the onions and parsley, add to the minced meat, beat in eggs and add crackers. Season with salt, pepper, and mix well.
  3. Put the prepared minced meat in an even layer on the schnitzel.
  4. Mix cream and wine and pour over schnitzels.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put the pork schnitzels in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Any side dish is suitable for pork schnitzels. You can make a vegetable salad. Pour the sauce formed during the stewing on top.
  7. Pork schnitzels under a fur coat are ready. Enjoy your meal!
