Ingredients

  • 600 g zucchini
  • 300 g pork schnitzel
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 100 g liht feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoon bread spread, (bruschetta spread paprika)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchini and grate finely on the vegetable grater. Rinse the pork schnitzel with cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on each side over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Salt and pepper.
  4. Place the schnitzel in an ovenproof dish. Crumble the feta, mix with the zucchini rasps and the bruschetta spread, add a little salt and pepper if necessary and spread on the schnitzel. Bake them in a hot oven (fan oven 180 °) for about 20 minutes.
