Ingredients

  • 4 pork schnitzel
  • 1 bell pepper (s), red, yellow, green
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.25 liter ¼ beef broth
  • 1 bottle tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcester sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel, season with salt, pepper and turn in flour. Then fry on both sides in the pan. Cut the peppers and onions into strips.
  2. Take the schnitzel out of the pan and fry the peppers and onions in the roasting fat, add the tomato paste. Deglaze with the broth. Add the ketchup and Worcester sauce.
  3. Put the schnitzel back in the sauce and reduce everything a little. French fries or noodles go well with this.
