- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 400 g meat sausae
- some oil
- 10 egg (s)
- some condensed milk
- salt and pepper

- Cut the bell pepper, sausage and onion into small cubes. Cut the spring onions into small rings and squeeze the garlic clove.
- Beat the eggs in a container and whisk with a whisk. Then add a strong dash of canned milk and stir again. Finally season with salt and pepper.
- Let the oil get hot in a pan and fry the peppers and meat sausage first, and a short time later the spring onions and onions. Add the pressed garlic just before the end of the roasting time. Onions should be fried translucent, paprika stays firm to the bite.
- Now add the egg mixture to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients. Now turn the heat down so that the mass can slowly tighten. Remove from the stove depending on your taste. Some like it pale yellow, others when it is lightly browned.
- Finally, if you like, you can add some fresh parsley over the scrambled eggs. I also like to put it directly into the egg mixture if I season it with salt and pepper before it goes into the pan, but that`s a matter of taste.
