Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, season with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Cut the chives into rolls and add to the eggs.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and stir in the egg mixture. Now fry on low heat. As soon as it starts to stagnate add the tomatoes. If you like, you can also fry the bacon, it tastes very delicious!
