Ingredients

  • 3 egg (s)
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water, with soda
  • 2 cup / s sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 glasses cherry (s)
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 packs cream stabilizer
  • cinnamon
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Then add oil and seltzer. Add flour and baking powder. Process everything into a smooth dough. Grease the oven`s drip pan or another deep tray well, smooth the dough in it and bake for 30 minutes at approx. 180C. Let the cake cool down.
  2. Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Bring the cherry juice with the custard powder and sugar to the boil according to the instructions on the packet. Stir in the cherries, distribute everything on the cooled base and allow to cool.
  3. Mix the cream and use the cream stiffener to whip until stiff. Spread evenly over the cherries and sprinkle with cinnamon (not too much).
