- Mix all ingredients, fill into a springform pan (26cm) lined with baking paper and bake at approx. 180 ° C (convection) for approx. 20-30 minutes. It is best to do a cooking test.
- After cooling, halve once horizontally.
- Ready for the topping. You can also freeze a floor for later.
- I also use the same mixture for quick sponge cakes (it will be nice and fluffy and juicy). Depending on your taste, add seasonal fruit or mix half of the batter with cocoa powder. Very tasty and variable in many ways.
