Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 125 g powdered suar
- 2 packs cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
- 600 ml milk
- 500 g whipped cream
- 2 packs biscuits (175 g oreo)
- sweets (gum worms)

- Freeze the biscuits (it can also be the cheaper biscuits, there can be more, that doesn`t matter) the day before, then put them completely in the mixer and grind them fine. That will be the earth.
- Prepare the paradise cream with the milk according to the instructions on the packet, set aside. Beat the cream until stiff (also set aside) and mix the quark with the powdered sugar (use a large bowl).
- Add the finished vanilla cream to the quark and stir, then fold in the cream. I always do this with the whisk, it stays fluffier.
- Now layer everything nicely in a (better 2) sand bucket, start with cream and finish with the earth. Decorate with wine gum worms and add the scoop as a spoon.
- Or use a flower pot and decorate with plastic or real flowers (test tubes as vases in the earth).
- Let it steep in the fridge at least overnight, the longer the better.
