Pumpkin Curd Casserole in a Pot

Recipe for cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin baked in a pot in the oven. Delicious, aromatic pumpkin brings a fresh touch.

Cook: 1 hour 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Curd 2% – 200 g
  • Pumpkin – 100-150 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Raisins – 1 handful
  • Vanillin – to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar – to taste (who needs it – sugar))

Directions

  1. Stir cottage cheese with egg.
  2. Add chopped pumpkin, raisins, vanillin, cinnamon.
  3. Put in a ceramic pot and in the oven, the curd casserole simmer over low heat for an hour and a half
