Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 1 shot rum
  • 0.5 ½ package biscuit (s) (shortbread biscuits)
  • 0.5 liter ½ cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with cling film.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and rum until very frothy. Roughly crumble the shortbread and add to the mixture. Fold in the whipped cream and pour everything into the mold. Then freeze.
  3. Turn the half-frozen out of the mold and cut into slices. Serve with fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries) or fruit puree.
