Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g durum wheat semolina
  • 2 piece (s) egg (s)
  • 1 liter broth

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk with butter and salt to the boil, sprinkle in the semolina, stir until the mixture loosens from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat, stir one egg into the hot porridge and let it cool, then stir in the second egg.
  3. Using two wet teaspoons, remove small dumplings from the porridge and cook in the soup broth for about 10 minutes.
