Mix the flour, yeast and salt together. Add water, honey and oil. Work into a smooth dough in about 5 minutes. Dust the dough with flour and cover and let rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes. It should visibly enlarge.
Then briefly knead and quarter or eighth of the dough on the work surface. Shape each quarter into a ball. Press a hole in each ball with the heel of your hand. Pull apart each dough ring from the middle with your hands. Form even rings by turning the dough. Be quite generous here, as the dough will enlarge again. Place the rings on a baking sheet and cover again until they have enlarged significantly (approx. 15 minutes).
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Brush the rings with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20 minutes in a row. Let cool on a cake rack.
