Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 3 packs sauce powder for gravy
  • water
  • 0.5 liter ½ tomato ketchup
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 500 g pork oulash
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, core them and cut them into pieces so that you can put them on the skewers afterwards. The onions are also cut so that they can be easily put on the skewers.
  2. Now place the meat, paprika and onions alternately on 4 kebab skewers, dividing the onion pieces. Season the skewers with salt, pepper and paprika (if you like it hot, you can also use chili powder).
  3. Now the skewers are seared well on all sides. In the meantime, prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package. Once this has been mixed, add the tomato ketchup. Now just add the fried skewers to the sauce and let it simmer for an hour on a low heat. Serve the skewers with fries and a delicious salad.
  4. You will see that it tastes really delicious. Everyone who ate this at my place always asked when I would do it again But the green peppers are very important because they give the taste - so do not use any other ones.
