  • some black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Mix the sheep`s cheese, low-fat quark, eggs, flour, herbs, spices and the pressed garlic clove with a hand mixer.
  2. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for approx. 25 minutes at 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Herbs can be varied. If you like garlic, you can use even more.
