Ingredients

  • 75 g sheep cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese 2%, heaped
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 2 tablespoon oil, (e.g. pizza & pasta oil, alternatively olive oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, small, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oregano, fresh and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, fresh and finely chopped
  • Milk, maybe something
  • Sea salt, fine
  • Pepper, black, ground

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients, except for milk, salt and pepper, in a tall container and puree with the hand blender. If necessary, add a dash of milk to achieve the desired creaminess. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
