Ingredients
For the dough:
- 3 egg (s)
- 300 g suar
- 300 ml milk
- 225 g butter
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 350 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For the cast:
- 250 g powdered suar
- 5 tablespoon coffee
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 bag desiccated coconut, for sprinkling

- Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder well. Sieve the flour and baking powder and fold in a spoonful.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- During the baking time, stir together powdered sugar, coffee, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar and butter to a smooth mass. Spread this mixture on the still warm sheet cake with a brush. Scatter coconut flakes on top.
- After the cake has cooled down, cut it into pieces.
