Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, brandy and egg yolks together until frothy. Then knead in the flour and refrigerate the dough for at least an hour.
Mix the egg yolks and the condensed milk.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm, cut out shapes and brush with the egg-condensed milk mixture. Decorate if necessary. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 °.
