Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon brandy
- 275 g flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg yolk, for brushing
- some condensed milk, for brushing

- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, brandy and egg yolks together until frothy. Then knead in the flour and refrigerate the dough for at least an hour.
- Mix the egg yolks and the condensed milk.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 3 mm, cut out shapes and brush with the egg-condensed milk mixture. Decorate if necessary. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180 °.
- My mother has been making these cookies for about 30 years and I`ve never eaten better shortbread.
