Shrimp and Chorizo ​​Sausage Kebabs

Ingredients

  • Large shrimps, peeled – 6 pcs.
  • Chorizo ​​sausage (sliced) – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 0.25 cups
  • Fried Bulgarian pepper, canned (chopped) – 0.25 cups
  • Cognac – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Skewer the shrimps and sausages (as shown) and grill until golden brown.
  3. Serve the kebabs, drizzle with the remaining marinade.
