Vegetable Saute with Sausage and Shrimps

Vegetable sauté is always tasty and healthy. Alternatively, you can add shrimp, sausage and season with Tabasco sauce to such a sauté.

  • Homemade sausage (cut into rings) – 230 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Onions (chopped) – 2 cups
  • Celery stalk (chopped) – 1 glass
  • Red bell pepper (chopped) – 1 glass
  • Peeled shrimp (boiled) – 500 g
  • Garlic (chopped) – 2 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes (sliced) – 4 cups
  • White rice (boiled) – 2 cups
  • Tabasco sauce – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Green onions (chopped) for decoration


  1. Fry the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until brown, about 3 minutes.
    Add onion, celery and pepper in a frying pan with sausage, fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and shrimp, fry for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add tomatoes and rice, cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with Tabasco sauce, season with salt and pepper.
