Saute of Vegetables with Seafood

We cook incredibly delicious sauté of vegetables with seafood at home. A very healthy and tasty dish for the whole family.

  • White squid – 2 pcs.
  • Mussels
  • Cuttlefish (octopus)
  • Big squid fillet
  • A tomato
  • Zucchini (zucchini)
  • Champignons
  • Soy sauce – 90 g
  • Ground red pepper
  • Garlic – 1 clove


  1. Preparing a set of ingredients for making a sauté of vegetables with seafood.
  2. Cut the squash into cubes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  5. We clean the squids: remove the film and take out the ridge. Cut the fillet into triangles.
  6. We place all the seafood in a sieve and leave the excess liquid in a glass
  7. Preheat a frying pan over maximum heat, pour in vegetable oil. Fry mushrooms and zucchini.
  8. Throw tomatoes there, fry for 3 minutes. Add red pepper and pour in 40 g of soy sauce. Transfer the vegetable sauté to a plate.
  9. We cook seafood over high heat.
  10. During the cooking process (after 1 minute), a lot of liquid is formed, which must be drained so that the seafood is not tough. We fry seafood for 2.5 minutes.
  11. We send vegetables to seafood, add another 50 g of soy sauce, and wait for boiling (30 seconds). Add the finely grated garlic.
